Chair

Sarah joined the CCG Governing Body in January 2017 and has worked as a GP for 12 years, starting her career in London. Sarah has worked at Willenhall Primary Care Centre in Coventry since June 2014.

Adrian Stokes

Accountable Officer (Interim)

Adrian has worked within the NHS for over 24 years with a range of experience across finance and commissioning. He began his career at an acute organisation-Heart of

England, where he gained extensive experience as a Finance Director, Chief Operator and Deputy Chief Executive.

He then branched out into commissioning working for both NHS Coventry and Warwickshire North.

Having been a key force in strategic planning for the NHS as the winter Director, Adrian is keen to bring his wealth of knowledge to the organisation, in particular bringing clarity during the transition phase. 

Adrian is passionate about creating engaging relationships with staff, describing the NHS as ‘addictive and good people business.’  

As an avid enthusiast of the outdoors, Adrian spends his spare time with his 3 children, rock-climbing, camping, and walking.

Jo Galloway

Jo Galloway

Chief Nursing Officer WNCCG & CRCCG

Jo qualified as a nurse in Coventry and she has nearly 30 years experience in healthcare. Her career has spanned acute, community, practice development, education and commissioning. She has been a CCG Chief Nursing Officer since 2013 and has also previously worked as a Nurse Consultant for Older People.

Dr Pradeep Bahalkar

Coventry GP Clinical Lead

Pradeep has been fully trained Cardiothroacic surgeon before changing career to General practice in 2006. He is a lead GP partner for Godiva Group practice which is amongst the largest GP practice in Coventry. He believes the NHS delivers very good value for money considering funding restraints and demands on its services nevertheless there is still scope for improvement. He is passionate about how CCG can improve the health and quality of life of Coventry and Rugby residents considering the economic challenge it faces. Pradeep is also a member of the Coventry LMC and will bring his critical thinking to his role at the CCG.

Dr Deepika Yadav

Clinical Locality Lead (Rugby)

Deepika works as a GP at Forrest Medical Centre and started working for the CCG in 2017 as the Clinical Locality Lead. Deepika will be covering 12 practices in the Rugby area.

Dr Jonathan Timperley

Secondary Care Specialist;

Jon is a consultant cardiologist working in Northampton with a specialist interest in rhythm disturbance and pacing devices. He recently left his role of Clinical Director for Urgent Care at Northampton General Hospital after 5 years and prior to this served as a Medical Officer in the Royal Air Force for 20 years including 2 years as a GP.

Lay Member - Audit and Governance

Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant with many years of experience working for the NHS. Most recently he worked as an Accountable Officer in South Yorkshire. Chris is keen to use his experience to support the next stage of NHS service development and integration across Coventry and Rugby.

Jenni Northcote

Jenni Northcote

Chief Strategy and Primary Care Officer WNCCG & CRCCG

Jenni joined the CCG in February 2015 from Birmingham South Central CCG as Director for Partnerships and Engagement. Since then she has moved to become Chief Strategy and Primary Care Officer with overall responsibility for commissioning, primary care development communications and engagement.  She has held senior roles within the NHS, public sector and third sector and has extensive experience of leading strategic change programmes.  Jenni has a passion for engagement and partnership working and is committed to ensuring ‘lived experience’ shapes services which deliver improved outcomes for patients. 

Andrew Harkness

Chief Transformation Officer WNCCG & CRCCG

Andrew began his career as a pharmacist, subsequently qualifying as a consultant in public health. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience from working in clinical and managerial roles across primary, community and acute care settings and has successfully implemented programmes and policy at local, regional and national scale. In previous roles Andrew has acquired a broad range of senior level experience and responsibility including; population health management, outcomes based commissioning, service transformation and redesign, primary care and the operational management of services.
