Our Constitution details the way the elected and appointed representatives of the NHS Coventry & Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group (CRCCG) will organise and be accountable for the commissioning of health services for the population we serve.
CRCCG comprises of 73 Member Practices. High quality, cost effective, efficient and easily accessible healthcare is what every general practitioner (GP) Member wants for their patients. Commissioning takes place every time any of us as patients visit our GP. It occurs when our medication is prescribed or when we are referred for hospital or community services for treatment.
Thus placing GPs nurses and doctors at the heart of commissioning health will help us build on work commenced by our predecessor organisations and ensure our patients receive the best possible local service.
