COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Information for Adults Aged 18 Years and Over

Over the past couple of months, the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis has caused major disruptions to our lives through the introduction of social distancing, school closures and now the restrictions of lockdown.

In difficult times like these, looking after our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. It’s normal for everyone to feel anxious at the moment and there is a lot of support and guidance available.
