Our policies and procedures

All policies and procedures that are currently ratified through the Governing Body and information on those policies which have been through the process can be accessed via the Governing Body meetings page.      

Members of the public who wish to make a complaint to CRCCG, please see our complaints leaflet which will give you information about the NHS complaints procedure.  CRCCG encourages and welcomes comments about and criticisms of the healthcare services it commissions.  Complaints may be made to CRCCG about any member of staff employed by, all services provided by and any matter reasonably connected with the exercise of its functions. Complaints may be made via the Contact Us page and will be passed on to Arden Commissioning Support who administer complaints on our behalf once consent from the complainant has been ascertained.  Please note that complaints about GPs, Pharmacy, Ophthalmology and Dentists are dealt with through NHS England click on the following england.contactus@nhs.net
