What happens if something goes wrong or my needs change

When you first receive your budget you will will work with NHS staff to create a support plan which details how your personal health budget will be used to meet your needs and outcomes. Everyone's plan is different. This plan will be reviewed regularly and adjusted if necessary to ensure that it is still meeting your needs.

There will always be someone to talk to if you are concerned that your budget isn't enough to pay for your care, and the team will work with you to review a support plan and/or budget.

If your needs change, your support plan and budget will be reviewed accordingly.

You will always get NHS care in an emergency.
